Natural Data introduces Cura Recruiting Systems

Natural Data, Inc., Arizona’s largest privately held staffing firm, is proud to announce the launch of Cura Recruiting Systems. This represents Natural Data’s expansion into the fields of medical and scientific staffing. Natural Data’s original focus was on the recruiting of Information Technology professionals. During the past 7 years since our incorporation Natural Data’s tremendous growth and achievements have earned it recognition by Inc. magazine’s "Inc. 500" list, Purple Squirrel magazine’s "PS 100" list, and The Phoenix Business Journal’s "FasTech 50" list. However, due to a constantly increasing call for our services in the medical and scientific fields, we have established a recruiting division rooted in the same superior recruiting techniques and business principles that is 100% focused on the recruitment of healthcare practitioners and biotechnology professionals.
Leading this new charge is J.T. Driscoll. Driscoll has held several positions for Natural Data since 1998. Most recently he has been the Area Vice President in charge of all Western recruiting operations for Natural Data.
"This is very exciting for all of us!" said Driscoll. "Research and planning for Cura actually began several years ago. We have been doing the backend work like building our databases, putting the right recruiting resources into place, and making sure that we are compliant with JCAHO standards for quite a while now."
Driscoll’s primary goal is to elevate Cura Recruiting Systems to a level as highly regarded in the healthcare staffing industry, as Natural Data is in the IT world.

To assist in this new endeavor Cura Recruiting Systems added Scott Smith, a healthcare recruiting industry veteran, as senior recruiter.
