Position Title:
Account Manager or Executive Sales Manager
Function:
New Business Development (Sales)/Sales Management

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for selling client specific staffing services and developing accounts with target companies. This is an internal position with the main focus being outside sales. Ideal candidate will be a new business development expert and have a proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. Experience requirements: 3-5 years experience in outside sales and at least 1 year of staffing industry background or 2-3 years experience in staffing sales with a proven track record. This position requires strong prospecting, effective communications, presentation and closing skills, as demonstrated through a minimum 3 years successful track record in staffing industry sales. Demonstrated experience calling on Senior and Mid-level managers in large, national corporations is preferred.
Starting Salary:
$30-50 K (varies by state, position title & by experience).
First Year Commissions average:
$10K, potential: $15-20K
Third Year Gross average (salary plus commissions):
$100-120K
