Desired Requirements:
Must have excellent communications skills, professional attitude, strong career orientation, ambition and desire to succeed. This is a high-growth position designed for a quick learner and hard worker who has set their personal and professional goals and is determined to achieve them. Degree Required: BS/BA Business or Liberal Arts, other majors considered. Associates degree or High School graduate acceptable if they have sales experience or have a positive, performance oriented personality with a success history.

Skills:
Leadership skills, people skills, communication skills, computer skills, organization skills, familiar with the Internet. Able to prioritize tasks, work with minimum supervision, good written communication.

Persistent and determined to accomplish and achieve. Willing to relocate for promotion. Has six to nine months to develop a solid foundation for growth.

Work History:
Background in sales, staffing, recruiting, telemarketing, computers, software, communications, education, training, customer service, account management or other "people" related business. Does not job-hop every three to six months. Able to start at an entry level and build potential opportunity. Candidates who have previously been making high salaries may not be able to afford a career change where they start with a low to moderate base and build up to a high income through a commission-based system that will take six months or more to reach an acceptable level.
