A 1991 graduate of Penn State University, Mr. Smith is the founder and President on Natural Data, Inc.

Mr. Smith began his career in the Information Technology sector in Philadelphia, PA working in the staffing and recruiting industry. In 1995 Mr. Smith moved to Phoenix and founded Natural Data, Inc.

Due largely to the strong leadership of Mr. Smith, Natural Data has been recognized for its significant growth, and as a leader in the staffing and recruiting fields, by such accredited publications as: Inc. magazine's "INC 500" list, Purple Squirrel magazine's "PS100" list, and The Phoenix Business Journal's "FasTech 50" list, to name a few.

Realizing the need to give back to the community, Mr. Smith is also actively involved in numerous charitable organizations. He not only provides his personal and corporation's financial support, but also makes it a point to donate his valuable time as well. His employees are constantly made aware of opportunities to get involved in such volunteer activities, and employee fundraising is often matched by corporation contributions.

Mr. Smith resides in Scottsdale, AZ along with his wife Diana, son Connor and daughter Kylee.
